With a passion for Personal training, Mark has experience running a PT studio, leading Bootcamps, and writing tailored exercise programs. He is registered with Fitness Australia and First Aid and CPR qualiied.
After stepping away from the industry to spend time raising my young family, I’m so thrilled to be able to return to what I love most, helping others get the results they’re after and bringing my own style of training with me.
