With a passion for Personal training, Mark has experience running a PT studio, leading Bootcamps, and writing tailored exercise programs. He is registered with Fitness Australia and First Aid and CPR qualified.
Growing up, I was drawn to all kinds of sports from basketball to soccer, touch football to cricket and knew that being physically active was what gave me more energy.
As a teenager, I played various sports and loved the adrenaline rush that came with it. After a soccer injury to my back, I was told that regular exercise along with stretching and strength training would all benefit my recovery.
Now as a Father of 5 energetic young boys, maintaining my fitness and strength is a must and has helped me throughout flare-ups, post-surgery and kept me motivated to live a healthier and fitter lifestyle.
After stepping away from the industry to spend time raising a young family, I’m so thrilled to be able to return to what I love most, helping others get the results they’re after and bringing my own style of training with me.
I’m excited to share everything I’ve learnt in my own fitness journey- including the many obstacles I’ve faced and overcome to help others break bad habits, push their limits and smash their goals!
