Hi, I’m Mark
Sydney Father of 5 and Qualified Personal Trainer.
Sport and exercise have been a big part of my life from a young age. Growing up, I was drawn to all kinds of sports from Basketball to soccer, touch football and cricket and still love them!
Having had a soccer injury to my back as a teenager, I was told that strength training, stretching and regular exercise would benefit my recovery. This is where my love affair for health and fitness began and has helped me in all aspects of my life.
I’m excited to share everything I’ve learnt in my own fitness journey- including the many obstacles I’ve faced and overcome to help others break bad habits, push their limits and smash their goals!
